With UjENA Size Assurance, you can return your swimsuit for a different size within a year of purchase, absolutely FREE. We know that a woman's body can fluctuate for many reasons, including:
- Weight changes
- Changes in exercise routine
- Use of birth control pills
- Pregnancy and nursing
- Breast augmentation or reduction surgeries
Studies show that a woman’s body changes shape and size multiple times over a lifetime. That’s why we introduced Size Assurance—to keep your UjENA swimwear fitting perfectly year-round, for just a small fee.
How Size Assurance Works
When you purchase a bikini or one-piece from UjENA, you can add Size Assurance at checkout. If your size changes within a year, simply return your top, bottom, or one-piece for a new size of the same item. There's no need to keep tags or worry about the condition; just return it with your invoice and a $5.95 shipping and handling fee, and we’ll send you the new size—no questions asked.
If the style you originally purchased is no longer available, we’ll offer you a similar style or provide merchandise credit for the item’s original price (excluding the Size Assurance fee) to use on another item of your choice.
Pricing for Size Assurance
- For bikini tops or bottoms priced at $44.50 or less, Size Assurance is $6.00 per piece.
- For one-pieces priced at $89 or less, Size Assurance is $12.00.
- For items $90 or more, the fee is $8.00 per top/bottom and $16.00 for one-pieces.
Size Assurance is offered on most new and select styles. As UjENA’s Head Designer, Catherine Cross, notes, "Size Assurance is a unique program developed here at UjENA, and thousands of customers have already taken advantage of it."
Exclusively available at UjENA.com, Size Assurance can be added by checking the box next to your item and size when ordering. If you need to exchange your original size right after purchase, your Size Assurance plan will transfer to the new size of the same style.
