Refund policy

CONSIDER YOUR HOME OUR DRESSING ROOM. When you buy UjENA Swimwear online, you have the opportunity to try on the item under your own conditions. Regular priced products may be returned for an exchange or Merchandise Credit only, except for any non-coverage bottoms like G-Strings, Thongs, Tonga's, as well as custom orders/UjENA Design Your Own and Super Sale items reduced for clearance. If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), please enclose the original invoice/packing slip with your securely packed item(s) and state the reason for your return by following the instructions on the back of your invoice/pack slip.  We do not offer refunds.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orderdesk@ujena.com.

Please note the following points.


1. In order for us to maintain our low prices, please remit $5.95 to cover postage and handling of your exchange request. Promo Codes cannot be used on exchanges.
2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered CANNOT be taken back.  If we receive such goods we will return the item(s) back to you at your expense.
3. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
4. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to Final Sale or items mentioned in # 2. and #3.
5. Returns are processed within three to five business days after your item(s) are received by UjENA.
6. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item it must be reported within three business days of delivery. No exceptions. Please email to orderdesk@ujena.com
7. Size Assurance is optional and if added to the order it may be transferred on the first exchange for the same item(s) in a different size.
8. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels; you may use any service of your choice and you are responsible for covering the costs to return the items to UjENA.
10. All returns must include the original pack slip/invoice and the back filled out for us to expedite your return.
11. The back of your invoice is the return instructions and must be completely filled out to process your return.
12. All returned items must have the original hang tag and in their original packaging.
